🐢☀It's and these guys are turtally ready for summertime!

Back in November, our ambassador animal turtles were brought inside to enter their winter brumation, where they experience a temporary state of reduced activity- similar to hibernation. Staff performed routine check-ins to guarantee all of the turtles were maintaining good health throughout the winter. After one last exam this past week, our turtles are now back outside for the season!

➡Stay tuned until next week to learn more about how these turtles are getting ready for warmer weather. Visit them in their outdoor enclosure at the Wildlife Conservation Center, open daily from 8:30 AM - 4 PM.
