πŸ€” FAC FAQs: Do I have a say as to which child is placed in my home?

Foster parents can specify things like the age range and number of children they feel capable of caring for. They also have the right to ask questions about the child’s history and have the option to decline any placement. Every step of the way, you are never alone in this journey. πŸ’™

We're Filling a Critical Need πŸ™
One of the most common struggles for foster parents is a lack of support as they care for youth who have experienced abuse or neglect. Missouri provides the SECOND lowest stipend for foster parents in the entire US. Without adequate resources, individuals and families sadly find themselves unable to take in children in need of a safe, loving home.

Sammy's Window is here to help!

Sammy’s Window & Children’s Resale Market prioritizes supporting local foster, kinship, and adoptive families by providing essential items at no cost to them.
