WED: Hydrant Party @ 1:30pm and Teen Beeswax Candles @ 3:30pm
THURS: Music Storytime with the Omaha Symphony @ 10:30am and Camp Create Light-Up Cards @ 3:30pm

SAT: Adult Just Craftin' Around Pot Painting @ 12pm (reg. required)

Plants and other goodies have started to arrive at our passive plant swap! Stop in anytime today during regular hours to trade plants, seeds, and other gardening items.

We are prepping for our CLPL Passive Plant Swap happening 10AM-6PM Tomorrow! There will be a table set up in the front of the library for trading indoor or outdoor plants, cuttings, and unused seeds. Make sure plants and cuttings are brought in containers you do not wish to keep. All plants should be pest and disease-free. Stop in and take a plant/leave a plant, all day!

Jim the Bug Guy, a seasoned entomologist, brought incredible and ginormous bugs! From death feigning beetles, hissing roaches, and giant centipedes, to a scorpion, tarantula, caterpillars, and moths- just about everyone was brave enough to hold or touch one of these creepy crawlies! Thank you Carter Lake Police Department for surprising all the kids at today’s epic nerf war! They put up quite a challenge for our young nerf blasters! Shout out to the Carter Lake Boys & Girls Club for brining in kids to help rally against the officers and Carter Lake Community Center for the gym space. Who should be our next special guests?
