Dear Mesquite Families,

Every day, our teachers go above and beyond to inspire, support, and lift up our students. Now, we have a wonderful opportunity to give them the recognition they deserve through the Silver Apple Award, sponsored by Desert Financial Credit Union!

If a Mesquite teacher has made a lasting impact on your child this year, please consider submitting a nomination to show our gratitude.

How to Nominate a Teacher

Get the Form: Download and print the nomination form directly from the Arizona's Family Website (https://www.azfamily.com/page/silver-apple-award-nomination-form/), or swing by the Mesquite School office to pick up a printed copy.

Get Signatures: Complete the form and ensure it includes the required signatures from both a parent/guardian and a school administrator.

Submit:

Email: Send your completed form to [email protected]

Mail: Send it to Arizona’s Family at Silver Apple Award, 5555 N. 7th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ

Deadline: All submissions with required signatures must be sent by March 12, 2027.
