We believe every child should have the opportunity to attend a high quality public school that best meets their needs and helps them reach their full potential. In 2009, Texas Leadership Public Schools opened its doors with 84 faculty and staff members to serve 600 students and their families. The school grew rapidly as testimonies from parents to friends, neighbors and co-workers began pouring in

. As testimonies from parents to friends, neighbors and co-workers began to pour in, Texas Leadership grew rapidly. Texas Leadership has now grown to five campuses, which are located in the cities of San Angelo, Midland, and Abilene including Trinity Leadership of Arlington and Cedar Hill. As of recent, these schools serve over 3,700 students across the State, and seek to develop leaders with the necessary life skills to achieve success. February is Black History Month—a time to honor, celebrate, and recognize the incredible achievements, contributions, and history of African Americans. Join us as we highlight the impact Black leaders have had in shaping culture, politics, education, and more!

📅 Friday, February 28th
👕 All leaders will wear ALL BLACK (dressy or casual).
📌 Kinder - 2nd Grade: 8:30 AM
📌 3rd - 5th Grade: 10:30 AM
📍 Parents, please park in the Church parking lot and walk to the South Campus.

🎭 Black History Dress-Up Week (Elementary Only)
👗 Day 1 - Mon, Feb. 24th: Wear African prints, dashikis, or Pan-African flag colors (red, black, green).
🎭 Day 2 - Tues, Feb. 25th: Dress as a famous Black leader or influencer (Harriet Tubman, MLK Jr., Mae Jemison, etc.).
🎓 Day 3 - Wed, Feb. 26th: Wear HBCU or college/university gear to honor Black education.
💼 Day 4 - Thurs, Feb. 27th: "I Have a Dream" Future Leaders Day—Dress as your future career to honor Black pioneers!
