​To help you hit the ground running on Day 1, we’ve put together the ultimate survival guide. Swipe through to check out these 5 essential tips to get your mind, schedule, and routine locked in:

​1️⃣ Re-Establish Your Sleep Schedule: Time to wind down early and aim for those 8–10 hours. No more late-night gaming! ⏰
