At 6 years old, Julia loves playing dress-up, arts and crafts and spending time with friends. Before receiving services, struggles with frequent meltdowns, difficulty following directions and challenges both at home and at school made it difficult for Julia to enjoy the activities that she loved.

With the support of Monarch Healthcare’s services, she has built new skills at home, in school and in her community. Today, Julia has reached grade level academically, strengthened her relationships, learned how to swim and was named one of the best listeners in her class. 👏

Each year, the Opportunities Fore! All Golf Classic brings our community together for more than just a day on the course. It’s an opportunity to come together in support of a shared belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, heal and thrive.

Every swing, every sponsorship and every act of generosity directly supports programs that open doors for individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance use disorders. Monarch Healthcare is proud to be represented at the Rural Health Symposium hosted by the Eastern Area Health Education Center!

This morning, Monarch Healthcare Vice President of Operations, Outpatient Services Lora Umberger, will join a panel discussion alongside other Eastern North Carolina providers, where she will talk about the use of Monarch Healthcare's mobile mental health clinics, in partnership with Trillium Health Resources, to extend critical services to rural areas of the state.

Thank you Eastern AHEC, Brody School of Medicine and the ECU Health Foundation for providing this event. We are proud to participate in this discussion alongside providers who share our commitment to expanding access to care to rural areas in North Carolina.💚

Hunter Caulder has always enjoyed figuring out how things work. Inspired by his grandfather’s love of engineering, he set a goal of earning a Small Engine Repair certificate from Randolph Community College. Through determination, hard work and support from the team at Monarch Healthcare’s Asheboro School Road residential home where he lives, that goal recently became a reality. 🎓️👏

With his family, girlfriend, friends and residential staff in attendance, Hunter walked the stage to recieve his certificate. While he is proud of this accomplishment, he sees it as just the beginning.

Discover how Monarch Healthcare's residential services supported Hunter in achieving this incredible accomplishment and what he plans to work towards next at monarchnc.org/group-home-resident-hunter-caulder-org. 🧡

Our second Monarch Healthcare Night at the Ballpark was full of team spirit! ⚾️

Colleagues, families, and friends came together for an evening of food, fun, and community as we cheered on the Winston-Salem Dash! Events like these remind us that great teamwork is built not only through the work we do every day, but also through opportunities to come together, build meaningful connections and support each other beyond the workplace.

We’re grateful for times like these that strengthen our teams and reinforce our shared mission. 💙

Your progress. Our purpose. 💙

We believe everyone experiencing mental health challenges deserves access to compassionate care. In Cabarrus County, that access has long been lacking. The Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center is an answer to that need, offering lifesaving mental health and substance abuse crisis services for children, teens and adults in the region when the doors open later this year.

At this special ribbon-cutting ceremony, we celebrated this important milestone alongside nearly 300 Cabarrus County residents, community partners, families and friends, signifying the unity and hope this facility represents for the community.

We are incredibly grateful for our partners in Cabarrus County, whose vision, partnership and care for their community has made the expansion of these critical services to the area possible.
