Good evening, Chapel Grove Wildcats families. We apologize for the late call and appreciate your understanding.
Bus 04 and Bus 509 may be running 15–30 minutes late due to a bus driver being out. We are currently using one bus to cover two routes, which may cause delays.
All bus riders will receive breakfast upon arrival. If you are able to bring your scholar to school, car rider drop-off begins at 7:00 a.m.
This adjustment will impact tomorrow, Friday, 09-25 and Monday, 09-28 morning routes only. Bus 509’s afternoon route may also run 15–30 minutes behind schedule due to the double route schedule for both Friday and Monday.

Good evening, Wildcat Families! 🐾💙💛
This is your weekly update from Chapel Grove Elementary School for the week of September 20th.
On Tuesday, September 22nd, our fourth-grade scholars will take their first Math Interim Assessment. Please help your scholar arrive at school on time, well-rested, and ready to do their best!
On Thursday, September 24th, we have two exciting events!
First, it’s Fall Picture Day! Families, please make sure your scholars are picture-ready and bring their best smiles! 📸
Later that evening, we invite all Wildcat families to join us for our Title I Family Science Night from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy hands-on science activities, food, and family fun! We look forward to seeing you there! 🧪
On Friday, September 25th, our fifth-grade scholars will take their first Math Interim Assessment. Please encourage your scholar to get a good night’s rest and arrive at school on time.

Yesterday was a great day of learning at CGES! 💙💛

Our teachers participated in the first of four district-mandated professional development sessions in a series designed to strengthen instructional practices across our district.
The session focused on “Do Nows and Exit Tickets.” Our staff collaborated, reflected, and gained practical strategies to increase student engagement and check for understanding throughout each lesson.
We are proud of our Wildcats for continuing to learn, grow, and improve for our students! 🐾📚

This is your weekly update from Chapel Grove Elementary School for the week of September 14th.
Please remember that Wednesday, September 16th, there will be no school for students. This is a Teacher Workday, and we look forward to welcoming our Wildcats back on Thursday.
On Thursday, September 17th, Interim Reports will be sent home. We encourage families to review these reports with your child, celebrate their progress, and talk about goals for the remainder of the quarter.
Wildcat Families, thank you for your continued partnership and support. We appreciate everything you do to help our students be successful each and every day.

No School – Labor Day Holiday
CGES PTO Fundraiser at Kate’s Skate | 5:00–8:00 PM 🛼💙💛
There may be no school on Monday, but we can still have some Wildcat fun! Join our administration team, staff, scholars, and families for our first PTO fundraiser of the year at Kate’s Skating Rink!
Admission is $12 per person and includes admission, skate rental, Play Gym, a slice of cheese pizza, and a small drink.
Come skate, have fun, and help support Chapel Grove Elementary! We hope to see our Wildcat families at the rink! 🎉
