We wanted to share an opportunity to receive free virtual legal service through the CLEAR Clinic. All members of a federally recognized tribe in Oregon are eligible.

The CLEAR Clinic is currently accepting requests for assistance with:
• Criminal record expungements
• Motions to waive court fines and fees
• Eviction expungements
If you are interested in receiving assistance, you must complete the CLEAR Clinic intake form by August 31, 2026.

Please note, the clinic can only assist with criminal and eviction records in the state Oregon.
