The City of Chiloquin Budget Committee will hold a public meeting to discuss the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026–2027.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message, review the proposed budget, and receive public comment. This is a public meeting where the Budget Committee will deliberate on the City’s proposed programs and budget for the upcoming fiscal year.

Community members are encouraged to attend and participate. A copy of the proposed budget document will be available for review at the meeting.

Don’t forget to return your ballot and make your voice heard in this election.

📍 Ballots can be dropped off at City Hall, and for Election Day convenience, City Hall will remain open until 8:00 PM on Tuesday.

✔️ No stamp needed when using the official ballot drop box
✔️ Ballots must be returned by 8:00 PM on Election Day

Chiloquin Chili Cook-Off

Turn up the heat at the 2nd Annual Chiloquin Chili Cook-Off, happening during the 5th Annual Chi-Town Family Festival! Community members and chili lovers are invited to bring their best recipes, compete for bragging rights, and enjoy a fun afternoon of great food and friendly competition.

Event Details
- Date: Saturday, June 20
- Location: Chi-Town Family Festival - Chiloquin Rodeo Grounds
- Cook-Off Begins: 2:00 PM
- Contestant Setup: Prior to the event
- Contestant Arrival Deadline: 12:00 PM
- Winners Announced: 6 PM
- Grand Prize: $500 for 1st Place

Contest Requirements
- All chili entries must be made from scratch.
- Please clearly label any chili that is spicy.
- Contestants should prepare approximately 20 quarts of chili (about two crock pots).
- All contestants must arrive by noon to allow adequate setup time before judging and serving begins.
