The Secretary of State's Office is sending an absentee application to every registered voter in Ohio ahead of the November General election.
Some quick things to know:
1. They do not send these out every election.
2. If you do NOT want to vote by mail, just throw the application away.
3. If you have already submitted an absentee request, no further action is needed, just throw the application away.
