Clay County Voters….
We did it! We hand delivered all of your ballots for the 2026 General Election to your local post offices TODAY!!!
Watch your mailboxes for your ballot envelopes! They are approximately 6” x 9”. White and marked as “Election Mail”.
As always - if you do not receive your ballot - call me. It is likely that you have a different mailing address than what your voter registration shows!
Also - remember to COMPLETE the entire Voter’s Oath of the brown envelope before you seal it (this includes: form of voter ID, signature, printed name, residential address and phone number)
If we have any questions regarding your ballot envelope, we will call you asap to discuss it.
Your options for returning your voted ballot:
- hand deliver to the Clay County Clerk’s Office in the Courthouse, 2nd floor
- mail back in the brown postage prepaid envelope
- drop in our secure and surveillanced ballot dropbox in the driveway of the Courthouse
Voted ballots MUST be to the Clerk’s Office by 8:00pm CST on November 3, 2026.
