Sara Knoll (Cardstock Creative co) had been selling digital creations on Etsy for a few years when she learned about the Innovation Center at CCPL’s Bay Village Branch. “The best things about the Innovation Centers are one, the library staff is really knowledgeable about all of the different tools that are in the room,” Sara says, “and two, if there’s anyone else in the room working, they’re usually super personable and friendly, and if you have a question, they’ll answer it.”

Today Sara offers more than 700 customizable items for sale in her Etsy shop. Need stickers with your children’s name on them to keep track of their water bottles? Looking for a milestone banner to celebrate a birthday? How about confetti with your dog’s adorable face?
