We had a PAW-sitively un-fur-gettable National Dog Day yesterday! 🐶🐾
It was all about celebrating our beloved fur babies and the unconditional love, companionship, and happiness they bring into our lives! 🥰
We painted adorable dog-themed canvases in the morning and then had Yappy Hour in the afternoon! 🐕🍹
Our four-legged friends joined the fun and happily enjoyed their special pup cups while we enjoyed our specialty drinks and card games. Cheers all around! 🥂🐾

There were plenty of wagging tails, happy faces, cuddles, laughter, and lots of love to go around. There's just something special about the bond we share with our pets. They bring comfort, friendship, and so much joy into our lives. 🐾💚

Some people have a special way of bringing joy wherever they go, and Buck and Wendy do just that every Tuesday at Ocean Ridge! 🎶

Week after week, they generously share their time and musical talents with our residents, filling our community with beautiful music, familiar songs, smiles, and plenty of singing along. Hearing the music travel through the community and seeing the joy it brings to our residents and guests truly warms our hearts and brightens our day. 🌞🥰
Buck and Wendy, thank you for showing up for our residents and for giving so freely of your time and talents. Your visits are something we look forward to, and the love and happiness you bring to our community means more than you know.

Our Road to 250 Journey continues! 🗽
We've been journeying across America as part of our Road to 250, celebrating the places and history that make our country so special. This week's destination brought us to one of America's most iconic landmarks, the Statue of Liberty! 🗽

We packed so much fun into one eventful day! Residents put their creativity to work decorating their own Lady Liberty for a friendly contest, then set off throughout the community in search of hidden Statue of Liberty figures. 🔎🗽
The celebration continued at our Statue of Liberty-themed Open House, where residents and guests teamed up to test their knowledge with a spirited game of New York & Lady Liberty Jeopardy! Of course, no trip to NY would be complete without New York-style pizza and cheesecake! 🍕🍰

Congratulations to our winning Jeopardy team and to the lucky winner of our giveaway basket! 🎉🏆
We love seeing our residents and guests learning, laughing, creating, and making memories together as we continue our journey toward America's 250th birthday! ❤️🤍💙

We had an absolute blast at DJ Bingo with Kayla! The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of singing along and tapping feet as some of our favorite songs played. 🎵
We love that music bingo brings us together while also giving our minds a fun workout by recognizing songs, listening for clues, and trying to get that BINGO!
The best part is sharing the fun together! We’d love to have you join us next month. Bring your friends and family, sing along, play a little bingo, and enjoy a great time with us at Ocean Ridge!

During our outing to Shore Acres, we made a stop at the Simpson Reef Viewpoint, and what a wonderful treat it was!
We took in the stunning coastal views, spotted marine life, and enjoyed hearing the sea lions barking in the distance!
We’re grateful for wonderful, accessible places like this that allow us to get out, explore, and continue experiencing the beauty and simple joys our community has to offer.

Creating with Purpose, Giving from the Heart 🌻🍂
Our residents have been busy creating these beautiful fall-themed flower pens that we’ll be delivering to local medical offices next week! Each one was handmade with care and a whole lot of heart. 💚
For our residents, projects like this are about so much more than crafting. They’re an opportunity to stay connected and give something meaningful back to the community around them. There is such joy in knowing that something made with their own hands may brighten someone else’s day. 🌞
We love creating opportunities for our residents to continue making a difference because purpose doesn’t have an age limit, and sometimes the smallest gestures can carry the biggest meaning. 🥰

We caught our amazing Resident Welcoming Committee in action, putting together special welcome baskets for our newest neighbors! ✨

One of the most beautiful things about Ocean Ridge by Cogir is the sense of family and belonging our residents create for one another. Our welcoming committee can’t wait to greet each new resident with a smile, a warm hello, and the beginning of what we hope will be many wonderful new friendships. 💚
