As part of the COVID improvements designed to provide "contact-less" service points, Utility Billing is working to install a utility billing kiosk at Town Center. When completed, this kiosk will allow residents to make electronic and drop off payments anytime without coming into Town Center.

While the new kiosk is being built, residents may temporarily drop off both library materials and utility billing payments in the Library Book Return located in the Town Center parking lot. Please choose either the drop marked "library" or "utility billing."

For additional ease and convenience, the library's automatic book return is once again available at the Cozby Library! Materials returned 24/7 will be checked in as they are placed into the return.
