🎲✨ We had an amazing Play & Connect Fun Day with our Special Abilities community, themed “Games of Yesteryear!”

Participants had the opportunity to choose their own games and enjoy independent play, allowing their creativity, confidence, and individual interests to shine. At the same time, the day was filled with plenty of laughter, conversation, and opportunities to socialize and build meaningful connections with one another. 💜

It was a wonderful day of play, creativity, fellowship, and community — and we loved seeing everyone have fun in their own unique way! 🧩🎯🎉

🤟💜 Celebrating our Deaf Community!

In celebration of Deaf Awareness Month, our Ministry & Life Enrichment for Persons with Special Abilities community gathered for a meaningful day of faith, fellowship, and connection!

The celebration began with an ASL-interpreted Mass, followed by a special luncheon and Deaf Awareness games that brought our community together to learn, connect, and have fun.

We are grateful for opportunities to celebrate and uplift the Deaf community while creating a welcoming space where people of all abilities can share in faith and fellowship. 🙏💜

Welcome Back, Fun Days!

We kicked off our new program year of "Fun Days" with a meaningful celebration of the deaf community. Together, we played ASL games, enjoyed a movie, had a delicious lunch, and celebrated our September birthdays with cookie cake!

Together, we’ll share, listen, and explore ways to foster greater inclusion and belonging within the Diocese of Corpus Christi.
