The Council's mission is to provide a continuum of care in prevention, intervention and treatment of the disease of alcoholism and substance misuse for individuals, families and communities. The Council provides prevention education programs, youth and adult outpatient treatment and counseling and case management services for pregnant/post-p[artum women and teens.
