At its April meeting, the DCRPC approved a plat for a 54-unit single-family condominium project called the Courtyards on Concord. The plat formalizes the easements on the site.

The Commission approved a plat for the Ashford at Berkshire, which formalizes easements and transfers an area from adjacent land which will provide stormwater management.

In April, the Commission approved a plat for Independent Living at Old State. The plat formalizes the easements and right-of-way for the 22-unit project that is currently under construction.

Our March meeting was very brief, with our only cases consisting of three Zoning Resolution amendment reviews and a Comprehensive Plan review for Concord Township. But the 2025 Annual Report is in the comments!

Just south of Peachblow Crossing Elementary, this project received Preliminary approval at the February RPC meeting. It will eventually connect to Evans Farm in Orange and Berlin Townships.
