Attention, Teens! 📚 Teen Book Club is back!

Starting September 10, when the library reopens, book boxes will be available for pickup at the Reference Desk on the second floor of the Library.

You'll join Natalie, our Teen Librarian, for a fun and creative experience where you’ll get to make your very own book box! 🎨📖

🍯 Calling All Bakers: Show Me the Honey! 🧁

There’s still time to enter the Delray Beach Public Library’s Annual Community Bakeoff, happening Saturday, September 19 at 1 PM!

This year’s featured ingredient is Florida local honey — and we’re looking for creative cakes, pies, bars, muffins and tarts that let it shine. 🍰✨

🐝 **Baker registration closes Monday, September 14 at 5 PM**
🐝 Open to adults 18+
🐝 $10 to enter
🐝 Limited to just **20 contestants**
🐝 1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons + a **People’s Choice Award**

Not a baker? Come cheer on our contestants! The bakeoff is free and open to the community, with a baking demonstration, shaved ice from Icestacy and sweet samples to enjoy.

Here at the Delray Beach Public Library, her legacy feels especially close to our hearts. She gave millions of children something truly priceless: books of their very own, and a lifelong love of reading. We will continue to support that important mission each and every day.
