Backpacks packed, resources shared, and a whole lot of neighbors.

Thank you to the Montbello 2020 team for another Back-to-School Health and Wellness Fair & Backpack Giveaway at Lincoln College of Technology. Students headed home with backpacks full of school supplies, and families connected with health and community resources right before the new school year started.

Our team was there sharing information about RMHS programs, services, and resources.

Slides and swings are only the beginning.

What do you think makes a playground genuinely inclusive for children with different physical, developmental and sensory needs?

Is it adaptive equipment? Quiet areas? Accessible surfacing? Space to play side by side? Different kinds of movement and sensory experiences?

Parents and caregivers, what features matter most to your family? Tell us in the comments!

As we remember Dolly Parton's legacy, we can't forget her profound impact on children's literacy. Dolly was instrumental in founding the Imagination Library, an initiative that puts books in the hands of kids around the world.

Her vision was simple yet powerful: to foster a love for reading by providing free books to children from birth to age five.

Just a few weeks ago, we highlighted the Imagination Library of Colorado, a local affiliate of the program that serves as an invaluable resource for families, especially as the new school year gets into full gear.

Let's honor Dolly's legacy by continuing her mission to inspire the next generation of readers.

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has provided free books to children around the world. Here’s how the program works and who can enroll.
