This election is about more than promises. It’s about who will stand up for our families, protect our freedoms, hold government accountable, and fight to make Delaware more affordable.

I’m a father, husband, Christian, and small business owner. I live with the same rising costs and challenges families across our district face every day.

That’s why I’ve worked to:

✓ Fight unsustainable government spending and higher taxes — voted against SB 335 (Operating Budget) and HB 500 (Bond Bill)

✓ Stop automatic property tax increases after reassessment — HB 246, legislation I introduced to eliminate the automatic 10% school-tax increase.

✓ Reduce personal income taxes for working families — HB 126

✓ Require photo ID to vote — HB 112

✓ Audit automatic voter registrations and verify voter eligibility — HB 317, legislation I introduced requiring an audit and eligibility review of certain automatic voter registrations.

✓ Lower utility costs — SB 64, Blocks future government green energy mandates that undermine the free market

✓ Return past taxpayer-funded energy dollars to consumers — HB 50

✓ Protect parental rights in education and healthcare — HB 326

✓ Preserve fairness in girls’ sports — SB 215

✓ Require parental consent for minors’ medical decisions — HB 46

✓ Ensure informed medical decisions with ultrasound access — SB 252

✓ Put checks and balances on the Governor’s emergency powers — HS 1 for HB 329

Early voting begins Wednesday, September 2 at the Ellendale Fire Hall, and Primary Election Day is September 15.

Early voting for Delaware’s 2026 Primary Election begins Wednesday, September 2.

Registered Democrats and Republicans who are eligible to participate in the primary can cast their ballots early. Certain voters who were automatically registered through the DMV without selecting a political party can also participate by choosing a Democratic or Republican ballot. Their registration will then be updated to the party associated with the ballot they select.

Early voting will be available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. September 2 through September 5. There will be no early voting September 6 or 7 for the Labor Day holiday. Voting resumes September 8 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., followed by hours of 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. September 9 through September 13.

Early voting locations will be available throughout New Castle, Kent and Suss*x counties.

Primary Election Day is Tuesday, September 15.

As students head back to school, it is a good time for all of us to slow down and pay a little extra attention on the road.

Please watch for school buses stopping to pick up and drop off students, children waiting at bus stops, and kids walking or biking to school. Be especially alert for children crossing the road and remember that they may not always be easy to see.
