Happy Birthday to our amazingly active Cindie Foster Brouwer! When she’s not helping lead two of our popular fitness classes or participating in so many SWOT events, she’s tending her incredible flower garden and hiking and traveling with her husband Randy. We are so lucky and grateful to have her in the SWOT family. Have a wonderful day Cindie!

Another beautiful SWOT walk organized by staff member Katie Mathews. We had a lovely time walkin’ and talkin’ out by South Leigh with a special 🐎 surprise at the end!

Join us this Thursday for our SWOT Walk near South Leigh Creek! The van will be departing from SWOT at 1:00.
If you would like to drive separately and join us for the walk, please be respectful as you will pass through private property to reach the trailhead. Be sure to close the gates behind you. Ask Katie for directions to the trailhead!
