Today we’re celebrating Cozzie for her dedication, consistency, and leadership!

Cozzie recently completed her budget book and continues to show up prepared, organized, and ready to succeed. She leads by example, serves as a positive role model for others, and consistently does the work necessary to stay focused on her goals and thrive in the program.

We are so proud of your commitment, hard work, and determination, Cozzie. Keep up the amazing work, we’re cheering you on every step of the way! ❤️

We are grateful for Almost Home & Open Closet for providing a space for free clothing to our community. Check out their upcoming event on June 18th.

Open Closet Shopping Event is this Thursday, June 18, 3-5 p.m. Looking forward to seeing everyone! Because of our next shopping day is the July 4 Holiday, we will be closed. For volunteers and donations, we will extend that closure from June 24-July 6 to prevent overstocking.

Last week, we wrapped up another round of tours at the Teresa Shelter, and once again, we were reminded just how powerful these experiences can be.

Tours do more than show our space, they build awareness, break down misconceptions about homelessness, and turn community members into informed advocates for change.

When we open our doors, we create opportunities for understanding, connection, and collaboration. Every conversation helps deepen our community’s knowledge of the challenges women and their children face and the solutions that can make a lasting difference.
