DHA is going digital this November!

The new Yardi resident portal will make it easier to take care of your housing needs in one place. You’ll be able to pay rent, ask for repairs, send documents and check your account from a phone, tablet or computer.

Durham Housing Authority is opening the waitlists for Project-Based Voucher units at Converge at Momentum and Sankofa Landing, two brand new family communities in Durham.

Applications open Monday, September 21st at 8:00am and will close Friday, October 2nd at 5:00pm.

Converge at Momentum offers one, two, three and four-bedroom units. Sankofa Landing offers one, two and three-bedroom units, with voucher assistance available for two and three bedroom units.
