Start your Friday with movement, fresh air, and a little friendly competition!

Pickleball for Wellness meets every Friday at 8:00 a.m. at McWilliams Park.

All skill levels are welcome, and equipment is provided. Whether you’re learning the game or already love to play, there’s a place for you on the court!

We previously announced a September 11 start date, but we’re adding a class THIS Friday, September 4, at 12:30 p.m.!

🏃‍♀️ Day 1 is in the books! 🏃‍♂️🎉

Our Couch to 5K crew officially kicked off their 8-week journey tonight — and they absolutely crushed their first session! 👟

We ran. We walked. We learned about hydration. 💧 We discovered that 60 seconds can, in fact, feel considerably longer than 60 seconds. 😂 And most importantly, we showed up and got started!

Over the next seven weeks, we’ll build endurance, learn a few things, cheer each other on, and probably question whose idea this was at least once or twice. 😆

It all leads to the Field to Fiber 5K on October 24! 🌱🏁

One workout down. Seven weeks to go. Way to go, crew — we’re officially on our way! ❤️

👟 Our Couch to 5K journey begins tonight!

We’re meeting at 5:30 p.m. at the Rotary Pavilion at Sutton Park for the first week of our eight-week training program.

We’ll train together on Tuesdays, and participants will complete two additional sessions each week on their own. Our finish line is the Field to Fiber 5K on October 24!

New to running? That’s exactly who this program is for.
