This CCHS Youth Volleyball Summer Camp from June 22nd-24th is open to our 4th & 5th Graders! 🏐

🏐 CCHS VOLLEYBALL SUMMER CAMP 2026! 🏐

Calling all future volleyball stars! Registration is officially open for our 2026 Volleyball Summer Camp. This is a fantastic opportunity for young athletes to learn directly from CCHS Coaches and Players, sharpen their skills, and have a blast on the court!

Best of all, all proceeds go directly to supporting the CCHS Volleyball Program. Thank you for your support!

📅 Camp Dates: June 22nd-24th
📍 Location: CCHS Small Gym

🕒 Session Details:
Session 1 (Incoming 4th–6th Graders): 9:00 AM -11:30 AM
Session 2 (Incoming 7th & 8th Graders): 12:30 PM-3:00 PM

💵 Cost & What's Included:
Price: $100 per player
Perks: Registration includes an official camp T-shirt and your very own volleyball!

Today may be the last day, but yesterday was the true celebration with our students! ☀️🎉

Field Day was complete with fun in the sun, field games, a bounce house, painting, and we even had a special visit from the Battle Born Ice Cream truck, which made the day even sweeter!🍦😄

It was the perfect way to close out another amazing school year, full of laughter, learning, and so many memories! 💛🏫✨

So grateful for our students and staff who made for another incredible year! 🙌

Today was full of fun and school spirit with Teacher/Student FLIP Day! 😄✨

Students dressed like teachers 👔📚 and teachers got to dress like students 🎒👟 It was a very entertaining way to end the year!

We loved seeing everyone’s “flip” looks and the energy throughout the day 😎🔥

Fifth Grade Carson River Field Day! 🌿🌊

Every year, Numa Elementary fifth graders get an awesome opportunity to take learning outside with help from CCHS agriculture students and the River Wranglers program! 🚜💙

Students spent the day along the Carson River rotating through different learning stations led by local CCHS FFA members and program partners 🎓✨

They learned all about the Carson River Watershed 🌊, point and nonpoint source pollution 🧪, local mammal furs 🐾, what happens during a flood 🌧️, and even the life cycle of a water molecule 💧🔄

And of course… lunch in the shade was a big hit 😄🥪🌳 (even though students will admit their favorite part might’ve been getting outside to “touch grass” 🌱😂)

End-of-Year Luau Party!! 🌴🌺

Bingta Francke’s class wrapped up the school year with a super fun Luau Party, and even though the weather didn’t quite cooperate ☁️ the celebration was still a total hit! 🎉

Students enjoyed tasty treats served in coconut 🥥 and pineapple 🍍 cups, rocked colorful flower leis 🌸, and of course finished the look with some very cool sunglasses 😎✨

It was a great way to celebrate all the learning, growth, and memories made this year in the classroom! 💛📚

What a fun way to end the year! 🎊🌈🌺

☀️🎉 NUMA END OF THE YEAR FUN DAY! 🍦🎈

We are wrapping up the school year with a FUN-filled day for our students on Thursday, June 4th! Students will enjoy outdoor activities in the morning and choice blocks after lunch. 😎🌟

⏰ Outdoor Activity Schedule:
🔹 4th Grade: 8:45-9:45 AM
🔹 5th Grade: 10:00-11:00 AM

🍦 SPECIAL TREAT ALERT! 🍦
The Battle Born Ice Cream Truck will be on campus during morning activities!

Students may bring cash if they would like to purchase an individually wrapped ice cream treat. Prices range from approximately $1-$6, with most items around $3.

We are looking forward to celebrating an amazing school year with some sunshine, fun, and sweet treats! ☀️

Students in Mrs. Nall’s class have been diving into powerful conversations about sacrifice, patriotism, and the cost of freedom 🇺🇸✨ Following these discussions, students have been writing heartfelt letters and drawing pictures for service members in the military ✉️🎨 The letters have been creative and entertaining (even some jokes!), and we hope they will bring some encouragement and laughter to our military.

Students are also showing their support through R.E.D. Friday activities ❤️ R.E.D. stands for Remember Everyone Deployed, and on the remaining Fridays of the school year, students will wear special shirts designed and made by Mrs. Aspen Dudley at Numa 🇺🇸

As the United States approaches its 250th birthday 🎉 this is helping students reflect on service, citizenship, and gratitude as they wrap up their 4th-grade year!! ⭐
