This week, we honor the brave men and women of law enforcement who stand ready every day to protect our community.

Your daily sacrifices—time away from family, personal safety put at risk, and unwavering commitment in the face of danger—do not go unnoticed.

We also pause to remember and pay tribute to those officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. Their courage and service will never be forgotten.

⚠️ Community Alert: Stay Safe from Online Fraud Scams ⚠️

We’ve recently seen an increase in online scams targeting people in our community, and we want to make sure everyone stays informed and protected.

🚨 Common scams to watch out for:
• Messages claiming to be from banks, delivery services, or government agencies asking for personal info and/or payment
• Fake marketplace listings or buyers/sellers requesting payment outside trusted platforms
• Links that look legitimate but lead to phishing websites
• “Urgent” requests from hacked accounts pretending to be friends or family

🛑 Protect yourself:
• Never share personal, banking, or login information through messages
• Don’t click suspicious links—even if they appear to come from someone you know
• Verify requests by contacting the person or organization directly
• Use secure payment methods and avoid sending money through gift cards or wire transfers

If something feels off, trust your instincts—it’s better to double-check than risk it.

Please share this post to help spread awareness and keep our community safe 🙏
