Is your child getting ready to start preschool or kindergarten?
Join our Making Opportunity Count CFCE & ParentChild+ playgroup for a 4-session experience designed to help families feel confident and prepared for the school journey ahead.

Children will enjoy fun, teacher-led activities that introduce classroom routines, social play, and learning through hands-on exploration. Parents and caregivers will receive helpful guidance on finding and signing up for a program, and supporting your child to build their confidence for a successful start to school.

This playgroup is a great way for both children and caregivers to experience what school will be like - together.

Happy Pride. 🌈 This month, we just want to remind you that YOU MATTER.

With LGBTQIA+ individuals facing higher rates of stress, anxiety, and depression from stigma, rejection, and feelings of being unsafe - having just one accepting adult, friend, or safe space can be strongly linked to better emotional well-being and resilience. Never underestimate the power of being an ally. 🤝

Kindness and acceptance can truly save lives. Making space for others doesn’t take anything away from you - but it can add safety, dignity, and hope for all.

parents - Need plans for your child once school is out? We've got you covered! ☀️🎉

Our Summer Program for children ages 5–12 runs June 17 through August 31, with care available Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM.

Children will enjoy a summer filled with:
🌱 Nature-based play
🔬 STEAM activities
🌻 Gardening
🚌 Field trips
🎨 Creative projects
⚽ Outdoor fun and more!
