Notice Stewart Court Residents!!

Date: September 8, 2026

On Thursday, September 10th, during business hours, our project architect will be on-site to inspect certain units as part of the planning process for the upcoming HVAC replacement. At this time, we do not know which units the architect will need to inspect. The architect will be accompanied by a Fort Payne Housing Authority maintenance employee while conducting the inspections. If your unit is selected for inspection, we appreciate your cooperation and assistance in allowing them access to your home.

If you have a pet, please secure the animal in a crate or a bedroom. FPHA will not be responsible for any animals escaping the unit during this inspection.

Just for clarity, this is not a Sheriff’s Office event. This event is conducted by the local Experimental Aircraft Association chapter. Also, the Sheriff’s Office helicopter will not be flying. This post is solely an advertisement for the Experimental Aircraft Association.
