For generations, this annual celebration has brought visitors to Morgan City to experience the food, music, culture, and traditions that make St. Mary Parish unique.

The festival also contributes to the local economy by bringing visitors to the area and generating business for restaurants, shops, and other local businesses.

A new event is coming to St. Mary Parish this weekend, and admission is FREE.

Da Cajun Trading Card Convention takes over the Patterson Civic Center on Saturday, April 11 from 10 AM to 5 PM. This is the largest event of its kind in the Tri-City area, featuring trading cards, toys, and vendors from across the region.

This is a community-driven event built from the ground up by a local organizer who put serious time and effort into making it happen. That is exactly the kind of initiative we love to see in St. Mary Parish.

Bring the family. Kids under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
