The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) is opening its Public Housing 3-Bedroom Waiting List to the public!

📅 Wednesday, September 30, 2026
🕙 Applications Open at 10:00 AM

✅ 150online pre-applications will be accepted. Once 150 applications have been received, the waiting list will close immediately.

The Gainesville Housing Authority (GHA) has opened its Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program Waiting List

✅ Only 200 online pre-applications will be accepted for four (4) bedroom units at:
🏡 The Grove at Sweetwater Preserve
🏡 Harbor Cove

Once 200 applications have been received, the waiting list will close immediately.

To qualify, applicants must:
