🚒🔥 Last night, crews from ACFR and GFR responded to a local freestanding ER in reference to a reported structure fire. Facility evacuated. Initial reports indicated 12 individuals needing transport to another facility. At that time, MSU24 was dispatched and responded to the scene to assist with transport. Due to quick actions of all personnel on scene, 4 patients transported. No injuries reported on scene.

🎉 **Congratulations to Daniel Weaver on his Promotion to Battalion Chief!** 🚒
He was hired in August 2017 as a Rescue Lieutenant. After just five years, he was promoted to Lieutenant in August 2022, and in August 2025, he took on the role of Training Lieutenant.

Daniel has also contributed significantly to our team through his involvement with the MARC3 and EMS Steering Committee .

🎉 **Congratulations to Brian McMann on his well-deserved promotion to Lieutenant!** 🚒

Brian joined our team in December 2020 as a Firefighter/EMT. After obtaining his paramedic license in 2023, he was promoted to Driver/Operator in 2024.

LT McMann is also an active member of our banquet team and health and safety team, and he’s currently assisting with new hires.

We’re excited to see him stationed at Station 21 in Alachua. 🚒🔥

🎉 **Congratulations to Brett Justice on your well-deserved promotion to Battalion Chief!** 🚒

BC Justice began as a Rescue Lieutenant in October 2018. He quickly moved to the training division as a Training Lieutenant.
- **Leadership Roles:**
- Lead Advisor for the cadets
- Vice Chair for the FFCA Cadet Section
- Co-Team Leader for UAS
- Active member of the Steering Committee
