Training before the tones drop 🔥

Our Incident Command Teams participate in Tactical Simulation training, working through virtual structure fire and other complex emergencies that evolve in real-time based on their decisions inside the battalion truck.

Battalion Chief and Captain teams develop and refine Incident Action Plans, strengthen strategic decision-making, and maintain clear, effective communication under pressure.

This training improves fireground strategy, enhances firefighter safety, and strengthens civilian rescue operations. It ensures our crews stay sharp, prepared, and ready when the call comes in.

May is National Water Safety Month and Drowning Prevention Month. With a hot weekend ahead, more families will be spending time by the pool. ☀️

Before you gather, make water safety part of your plan. Stay close, stay alert and stay safe. A designated Water Watcher can make all the difference. 🛟
