As we recognize National Preparedness Month, take a few minutes this week to build or refresh your emergency kit. Include essentials like bottled water, nonperishable food, flashlights, extra batteries, a first-aid kit, medications, phone chargers and important documents.

When severe storms roll our way, you can rest easy knowing we’re monitoring conditions and ready to respond to any outage. We encourage you to be prepared, too.
