Grand Forks D42 candidate Nicole Derenne made a simple but urgent request of our special session:

"We are calling on the legislature to provide emergency funding for the Child Care Assistance Program to move families off the waitlist."

To no one's surprise, House lawmakers rejected a motion to introduce a childcare funding bill 72-21.

What now?

We vote Nicole Derenne for District 42 this November!
