Learn how to administer Narcan, do compression-only CPR, use an AED (automated external defibrillator), and apply a tourniquet to control life-threatening bleeding. Participants will have the chance to ask questions and get hands-on practice of each skill led Granite Falls Fire personnel. You can ACT to save a life!

Please note: while the class follows industry standards, this is not a certification course. It will provide an introduction for individuals wishing to pursue CPR and First Aid certification.

For preschool-aged children and their caregivers.

This event will be outdoors on the lawn behind the library and we will have tents, blankets and chairs set up. Participants should prepare accordingly. In the event of inclement weather, we'll move the program indoors.
