Barton County Upward Bound Official fan page of the Barton County Upward Bound Program Upward Bound has two goals.

BCUB prides itself on serving students from diverse backgrounds who aspire to complete a college degree. Students attending high schools located in Ellinwood, Great Bend and Hoisington work year-round in preparation for their eventual college success. The first goal is to increase students' completion rates for secondary school. The second goal is to increase students' enrollment in and graduation from the post-secondary institution of their choice.
