BRMVFC Fall Festival Vendor & Food Truck Sign-Up

Blue Ridge Mountain Volunteer Fire Company is excited to welcome vendors and food trucks to our Fall Festival!

Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 181 Keyes Gap Road, Harpers Ferry, WV

Vendor Information

* Vendor spaces are $20 per spot.
* Vendor booths will be set up indoors.
* Tables are available upon request (please indicate if you need one).
* Vendors are encouraged to bring any additional displays, chairs, or decorations they would like for their space.

Food Truck Information

* Food truck spaces are $50 per truck.
* A valid health permit is required for all food vendors.

Registration Deadline: September 30, 2026

Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your support of Blue Ridge Mountain Volunteer Fire Company and look forward to a fun day with our community!

A huge thank you to Simkhovitch Transport & Towing for bringing vehicles to our station for members to use during training! 🚗🚒

Having access to vehicles for hands-on practice allows our firefighters to gain valuable experience and sharpen their skills in realistic scenarios. We truly appreciate your support. Thank you! ❤️‍🔥🚒

We would like to thank everyone who stopped by and donated during our boot drive today. Your continued generosity and support mean so much to our department and help us continue serving our community.

We are incredibly grateful to live in a community that always shows up for its local fire company!

Community Update ❤️

The supplies generously donated by our local community have officially been delivered to Weston to help families affected by the recent flooding. Thank you to everyone who donated, collected items, and helped make this delivery possible. Your generosity truly makes a difference!

Reminder: Our Annual Boot Drive is tomorrow! 🥾🚒

Our members will be collecting donations in front of our substation, near our main station on Chestnut Hill, and at Three Churches. Please keep an eye out for our firefighters and help us fill the boot! Every donation helps support our department and our continued service to the community.
