Program. Registration begins June 1st, so mark your calendars!

Join our Chakra Yoga Workshop by our friends at Wheel of the Year Yoga! Each session in this 8-week workshop will focus on a specific chakra.

We explore its effects on the body, mind, and spirit, then practice yoga poses tailored to that chakra. Next, we proceed with a guided meditation. Afterward, participants use sketch pads and colored pencils to create art inspired by their experiences.
