Living the Mission | September
Ask, Listen, Then Lead

Leadership is not about having all the answers. The strongest leaders are humble enough to admit when they do not know and are wise enough to seek the right answers.
“A leader's job is not to have all the answers, but to create an environment where the best answers can emerge.”
Great leaders ask questions, listen well, and invite others to contribute. They create a culture where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, seeking wisdom, and learning from one another.
As followers of Christ, we have an even greater source of wisdom. God invites us to bring our decisions, challenges, and opportunities to Him. We can ask for His wisdom while continuing to do the work of leadership through preparation, wise counsel, and hard work.

“Ask me, and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.” Jeremiah 33:3

Prayer does not replace leadership. It shapes how we lead. We do our part faithfully, seek God's wisdom along the way, and trust Him with the outcome.

Choose humility. Choose to listen. Choose to seek God's wisdom, then lead with confidence. Read more here - https://na2.hubs.ly/H07x4Nm0

Yesterday, our own Ten-8 and Eric Ribbens joined North River Fire District for a car wash fundraiser benefiting members of their department who are battling cancer.

Cancer continues to impact far too many within the fire service, and we were grateful for the opportunity to show up alongside North River and the community in support of these firefighters and their families.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the day a success!

We had a great week at the AL Fire Chiefs Summer Conference! (Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs)

We enjoyed meeting with fire service leaders from across the state and appreciated U.S. Senator Tommy Tuberville taking a moment to stop by the Ten-8 Fire & Safety booth while attending and speaking at the conference.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team and learn more about the solutions we provide to support first responders. We always value the opportunity to connect with the people who serve their communities every day.
