Ask, Listen, Then Lead
Leadership is not about having all the answers. The strongest leaders are humble enough to admit when they do not know and are wise enough to seek the right answers.
“A leader's job is not to have all the answers, but to create an environment where the best answers can emerge.”
Great leaders ask questions, listen well, and invite others to contribute. They create a culture where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, seeking wisdom, and learning from one another.
As followers of Christ, we have an even greater source of wisdom. God invites us to bring our decisions, challenges, and opportunities to Him. We can ask for His wisdom while continuing to do the work of leadership through preparation, wise counsel, and hard work.
“Ask me, and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come.” Jeremiah 33:3
Prayer does not replace leadership. It shapes how we lead. We do our part faithfully, seek God's wisdom along the way, and trust Him with the outcome.
Choose humility. Choose to listen. Choose to seek God's wisdom, then lead with confidence. Read more here - https://na2.hubs.ly/H07x4Nm0
