Our 5th grade students recently enjoyed an unforgettable field trip to the Corning Museum of Glass! Throughout the day, students explored interactive exhibits, learned about the science and history of glassmaking, and witnessed incredible live glassblowing demonstrations.

The experience provided a unique opportunity to connect classroom learning with hands-on discovery while inspiring creativity, curiosity, and innovation. Thank you to the museum staff and our teachers, chaperones, and families who helped make this educational adventure possible!

In Horseheads, any student can ride the bus. If your family will require transportation in the coming school year, please submit a bus request form before May 31. Your timely submission helps the Transportation Department finalize routes over the summer and avoid last-minute adjustments that can cause confusion for students and families.
