HELLO, MONDAY. HELLO, FALL.

There’s something about a new season that reminds us that life doesn’t have to stay exactly where it was.

Leaves change. Days get cooler. Routines shift. And sometimes, we get the opportunity to look around and realize just how much there is to be thankful for.

This Monday, start the week by noticing the good.

The first sip of coffee.
A cool morning.
Someone who checks on you.
A reason to laugh.
A neighbor who lends a hand.
Another day to make a difference.

The biggest blessings aren’t always the biggest things.

At CCMC, we see every day what can happen when people care about one another. A little kindness, encouragement, generosity, or time can become part of something much bigger.

So here’s to a great Monday, a fresh week, and a beautiful fall season ahead.

Be thankful for what you have.
Be kind with what you give.

It’s a beautiful Tuesday in our community, and sometimes days like today are a good reminder to slow down just enough to appreciate the people around us.

Before today gets away from you, take a moment to tell someone what they mean to you.

Tell a family member you love them.
Thank a coworker who makes your days a little easier.
Check on a neighbor.
Send a message to a friend you haven’t talked to in a while.
Thank someone who has simply been there when you needed them.

We often think people already know how much we appreciate them. But hearing the words can mean more than we realize.

At CCMC, we see every day how much a little compassion, encouragement, and human connection can matter.

So here’s our Tuesday challenge:

Think of one person who has made a difference in your life and tell them today.

Don’t wait for a special occasion to say something that matters.

And from all of us at CCMC, thank YOU to our volunteers, supporters, community partners, neighbors, and friends. You make it possible for us to continue serving our community, and we are incredibly grateful for you.

WHAT IF MONDAY STARTED WITH ONE LESS WORRY?

For someone in our community, that worry might be:

“How am I going to afford my medication?”

“Where can I go for medical care?”

“Who can help me figure out what comes next?”

At CCMC, we believe those questions deserve answers.

Every clinic visit, every prescription filled through our in-house pharmacy, every conversation, and every connection to resources can remove one more barrier standing between someone and a healthier, more stable life.

That’s the work happening here.

And it’s only possible because people in our community choose to be part of it.

Sometimes the next step is seeing a doctor when you thought you couldn’t afford care. Sometimes it’s getting the medication you need. Sometimes it’s learning new skills, finding resources, or having someone believe that a better future is possible.

At CCMC, we have the privilege of being part of those next steps every day.

But we don’t do it alone.

A Little Friday Encouragement from CCMC

Life gets busy, and sometimes we assume the people around us already know how much they mean to us.

Today, take a moment to tell them.

Tell your family you love them. Tell a friend how much you appreciate their friendship. Thank a neighbor for always being there. Let a coworker know they make a difference. Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a while.

Don’t wait for a special occasion to tell someone what they mean to you.

A phone call, a text, a kind word, a hug, or even a quiet prayer for someone can mean more than we realize.
