LEGO Club will be returning Tuesday, September 22nd 3:00-4:00pm! This program is for children 6+ years old. We provide the legos and a different build theme each week! We are pleased to announce that Maine author Cathie Pelletier will be holding a Book Talk & Signing here at the library Friday, September 18th, 1-2pm! This event will focus on her most recent release "Evangeline's Journey", which is a young adult adaptation of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem "Evangeline: A Tale of Acadie". Cathie will have copies of "Evangeline's Journey" and past works (such as "Northeaster" and "The Mystery Traveler at Lake Fortune") for purchase at the event.

We've received a few physical booklets for Wabanaki Studies Education 2026 Journey Through the Dawnland! This year's journey ends August 28th -- there's still time to grab a booklet and visit our library and other locations participating in the scavenger hunt.
