As part of our Youth Leadership Lecture Series, Sewa High School GIH/LEAD Interns, mentors, and volunteers had the privilege of learning from an exceptional entrepreneur and business leader, Amit Bhandari , Founder, Chairman, and CEO of the .

Drawing from his remarkable journey—from graduating Summa Cum Laude in Chemical Engineering at Drexel University to leading trading and operations roles at ExxonMobil and ultimately building multiple successful businesses across energy, agriculture, real estate, and childcare—Amit shared invaluable lessons on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

One message resonated deeply with everyone in attendance: Don’t be afraid to take risks and have the courage to follow the path less traveled. Innovation, growth, and success often come from stepping outside our comfort zones and embracing opportunities others may overlook.

His candid insights, entrepreneurial experiences, and encouragement inspired our interns to think boldly about their futures and reminded all of us that meaningful achievements often begin with the willingness to take that first uncertain step.

A heartfelt thank you to Amit Bhandari for investing his time and wisdom in the next generation of leaders.
