The Decatur Township Drug-Free Coalition is excited to recognize Tammy Divelbliss of Horizons Apartments as our ๐๐๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต! โค๏ธ๐
Tammy is truly a difference maker in our community. She consistently shows up, pitches in, and finds ways to make Decatur Township a better place for children and families.
Tammy has volunteered at countless community events, including community clean-ups, fall festivals, Community Day, the IMPD Shoe Give-Away, and many others.
At Horizons Apartments, Tammy and her team go far beyond simply managing an apartment community. They work hard to create a place where residents feel connected, supported, and valued. From pool parties and Watermelon Wednesdays to the Silly Safari Show, library visits, National Night Out, and other family activities, they are continually creating opportunities for families to connect and build relationships.
Tammy has also welcomed the Decatur Township Drug-Free Coalition and our What You Don't See Education Trailer to National Night Out at Horizons, helping us bring prevention education and resources directly to families.
๐ THIS is prevention.
Prevention isn't only about talking to young people about drugs and alcohol. It's also about creating strong communities, building relationships, connecting families to resources, giving young people positive experiences, and making sure people know they belong.
Tammy embodies that work.
