THIS IS A SCAM!

The Kaufman County District Clerk’s Office will never call to demand payment or ask for Bitcoin, gift cards, or any electronic payments pertaining to jury duty.

Remember:
• No payments are requested by phone
• Bitcoin and gift cards are never accepted
• Don’t send money or share personal info with unknown callers

If you receive a call like this, hang up and report it to Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office at 469-376-4500

Michelle has been such an important part of our department, and her contributions will not be forgotten.
