Float Registration Opens in One Week! 🎁

Businesses and local organizations are encouraged to register their float entries for the Holiday Lighted Parade on Sept. 10, beginning at 8 a.m. This year, the parade will celebrate its twenty-fifth year of production on November 21, 2026, in Downtown Kerrville.

Participation is limited to the first 100 entries, so register early! The standard registration fee is $50 per entry and must be completed by Thursday, November 5, at 5 p.m. If space remains, late registration will be available until noon on Tuesday, November 10, for $75 per entry. Entries will not be accepted once the 100-entry capacity is reached or after the late registration deadline. All applicants are strongly encouraged to review all parade rules and registration requirements before submitting their entry. Join the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department and Kerrville Pets Alive! on Saturday, September 12, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sample Park for a morning dedicated to our dogs and the people who love them.

Bark in the Park will bring together local organizations, pet resources, adoptable animals, vendors, and plenty of fun for pups and their people. We can't wait to see you and your furry friends there!

This Saturday, the course fights back.⚠️

Greenskeeper’s Revenge is finally coming to the Scott Schreiner Golf Course this Saturday (8/29)! Grab your crew and take on a 4-person scramble with a few unexpected twists along the way. You know the course. You just might not recognize it.

• 9:00 a.m. sh***un start
• $220 per team — includes green fee and cart
• Prizes for top three teams
