It’s every act of compassion. Every calm voice. Every answered phone call. Every late-night response. Every person willing to step toward someone in need.

EMS WEEK — MONDAY: EDUCATION DAY 🍩

Today we celebrated the power of education, growth, and continuous learning across our team with “Education & Donuts” focused on de-escalation, communication, and supporting the people we serve every day.

We also want to recognize and celebrate our very own Leighanne Ellis for being named the 2026 IEMSA Educator of the Year! 🏆

Leighanne’s compassion, patience, leadership, and dedication to both patients and coworkers continue to leave a lasting impact on everyone around her.

💬 “She went above and beyond her duties… made me feel like I actually mattered.”

💬 “She was there for me and took care of me… and I appreciate it.”

Those words speak volumes about the kind of provider, educator, and person she is.

Today we acknowledge Jordan Meyers with the prestigious "CYBORG" award.

Jordan has created tools through AI with real impact to our clients and our mission. A fulling developed EHR system, a new hiring platform interface and even a gamified study app for her paramedic class. Strong work...
