The City of Las Vegas (CLV) uses social media sites to engage and interact with its citizens and to better inform them while improving transparency. CLV can be found on

social media websites such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The city encourages followers to share comments, ideas and concerns. The following forms of content will not be allowed on CLV social media sites:
* Content that promotes, fosters or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation;
* Comments/posts that contain abusive, vulgar, offensive, threatening or harassing language, personal attacks of any kind, or offensive terms that target specific individuals or groups;
* Comments/posts that are clearly off-topic, that promote services or products, or that promote or oppose any political party, person campaigning for elected office, or any ballot proposition;
* Sexual content or links to sexual content;
* Commercial solicitations;
* Gratuitous links to websites viewed as spam;
* Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
* Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems
* Content that violates a legal ownership interest;
* Users are subject to the terms of the Terms of Service (TOS) of the host site. The City of Las Vegas does not discriminate against any views, but reserves the right to remove posted comments that do not adhere to these standards. All citizen posted comments reflect the views of the author and not necessarily the views or the position of the City. Do not post personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, addresses and telephone numbers. Comments containing this information will be removed. The city may follow companies, organizations and/or individuals and share information from these third parties. This does not constitute any endorsement of the third party or its posts or activities.

¡Ya está de regreso nuestro Programa de Reembolso de Impuestos sobre Servicios Públicos y Alcantarillado! Los residentes de la ciudad de Las Vegas de 60 años o más con ingresos bajos ya pueden programar una cita.💡

Si reúne los requisitos, podría recibir un reembolso de los impuestos sobre servicios públicos pagados en 2025 y, si es propietario de una vivienda, también podría calificar para un reembolso parcial de su factura de alcantarillado de 2025. Además, los límites de ingresos aumentaron, por lo que podría calificar, aunque antes no lo hiciera. ✅

Las solicitudes se aceptarán del 1 de agosto al 15 de octubre de 2026. La solicitud debe presentarse en persona en uno de los centros participantes. 🗓️

Our Utility Tax/Sewer Rebate Program is back, and appointments are now available for low-income city of Las Vegas residents ages 60+. 💡

Eligible residents may receive a rebate on utility franchise taxes paid in 2025, and qualifying homeowners may also receive a partial rebate on their 2025 sewer bill. Income limits have increased, so you may qualify even if you didn't before. ✅

Applications are accepted Aug. 1 through Oct. 15, 2026. Applicants must apply in person at one of the centers below, and appointments are available now. 🗓️
