The Town of Lee has scheduled a Public Hearing/Informational meeting for September 21, 2026 at 6:30 pm to be held at the Lee Town Office to discuss a proposed Consumer Owned Utility, Great Northern Power District.

Good morning, the Town was notified late yesterday that the company performing the saw cutting is having equipment difficulites which has put the project a week behind schedule. Also, we have had concerns regarding speed on the detour routes and ask that people traveling those roads to please be mindful that people, pets and children live in those areas and to please slow down.

As of this morning 7/8/26 the Arab Road is closed to thru traffic. Alternate routes are Curtis Farm Road or Half Township Road.
